That Swiss Fish does look like some seriously good fun. At about 3.08 I almost thought you where going to balance it on the wing tip a manage to get it away again. Like to see you fly it indoor though LOL. Whens your first indoor session with the Crack Yak? I think out first winter session is on course for Saturday night, can't wait.

Carbon Fibre control rod for elevator
The LHS did not have the right size carbon fibre rod to replace by broken one. However, they had some identical I.D. brass rod. Weight diff is neglidgeable. I will give it a try for now.

Brass has a smooth finish and won't bond well with your glue. You will likely simply have it pulled from it's sleeve.
Be sure to sand it. Though it may still slip... Chris G. |

Quick... someone build me a Crack Yak and bring it and some batteries to E-Nall next weekend
 (I'm only half joking, here. No way I'll get one and get it airworthy in time. Maybe I can rent one.  )

Luckily, I don't have to glue anything, just crank out a z-bend on the end and clamp the other end into the servo horn.

Working the hours I do doesn't let me do the indoor flying thing. Do hear it's fun and nice to be on the sticks year round. |

Just did my first hand catch!
Some guy came up to me and actually thought it was a helicopter! LOL my hovering must be good. Now i seen it all - Crack yak that thinks its a helicopter..... |

Got out twice today with the swiss yak. About 11am wind was about 12mph...
