Lipo batteries

I am new to elec. Flying. How do i best store my batteries when i am not using them?? Just charge and balance off and on or what?? I have seen where some keep them in the refrig.. Anybody??

With Lipo batteries if you are going to store them you have to charge them to the "half way" point. You can store them inside where its not freezing but not blistering hot either. The half way point is 11.1v for a 3s and 7.4v for a 2s. They actually charge well beyond the "display" voltage.
