The Bungee is for a couple EDF's ,
but I guess what I really need is some launch rails
Mine are a bit bulky to haul down.

Drop Paul Willenborg a note...I think he has an EDF ramp setup that might be available.

After repairing my large B-25 for the local warbird event last weekend, I am not working on models for SMALL! Not a lot of time left on the clock for me, though...I am out of town for work for at least 6 days between now and Memorial day.

skaliwag - The Duelist I referenced is half size and electric powered. It certainly could be 1/2A powered as well. It is the prototype of a possible BMJR kit. It has a 35" wing span with 223 square inches of area. Here is a photo of the model.

Things are looking more favorable for me to attend so I booked a room today. Woohoo! So much to do to get ready and life is very busy this month. May have to scale back the number of models I was hoping to take to keep the stress level in check.

Maiden my Dh-88 Comet today with success.
It was a crazy takeoff and I thank God it came down as
smooth as it did.

Off today, working on models for SMALL...about to go maiden a couple right now.

the LHS had a heck of a deal on the Flyzone micro Albatros....59.95 and you got a free Anylink that normally costs 24.95 (makes the Flyzone model work with any Futaba, Spektrum or JR radio)....could not pass that up, so will bring it along to SMALL. The Anylink works as advertised with my DX7.

At an electric meet a couple of weeks ago, I won the "grand prize" in the raffle...a Flyzone Diablo RTF, with everything including radio, including the optional dual power pod and the optional high performance aileron wings. Lucky me..

Going to maiden it and the Albatros today. Flying the Diablo mostly to see if it is as bad as folks say it is. I predict it will be for sale at a good price at SMALL... Near zero wind, so a good day for the little Albatros.

After I get back, will do some detailing on the MRC Ryan STA micro and some work on my NP swing wing Tornado. Still have a little to do on the Cox Cessna 182 conversion, as well.

I am thinking about driving up on Tuesday morning or afternoon and setting up early Wed morning, if the club still allows early setup.

Maidened the micro Albatros and the Flyzone Diablo, which is about the nosiest powered glider I have ever seen... Interesting to fly, though.

Got organised and made a list of all the misc parts I need to finish up, modify or repair a few other models for SMALL and made the LHS run today to secure those items.

Tomorrow will maiden my Nitroplanes Tornado EDF and the only non scale model I have acquired in recent years, a E-flite Mini Pusle XT.

Got my RCB F-22 ready for it's maiden. It's got about 1:1 thrust on twin Megas

Still trying to work the kinks out of my F-104
My batteries don't seem to be up to the task to keep that Hoffman motor going.
Keep getting a low voltage beep beep on my Phoenix 125, then I get a 3 beep, pulling too much juice. Checking the ESC settings to make sure I've got it set up correct.
Going to have to go to 3S instead of 4S to see if I can get it to work

Larry

PS Working on THE LIST of planes. Almost 30 flying planes.
Making a For Sale List.

Who is going to be there Thursday?
