mjp, that 30mm fan will be too big and heavy as well as an amp hog etc....

I found the ailerons to be very touchy for my taste even with EXPO and low rates.. Elevator I need full travel so also use EXPO to soften it up at center.. As you don't have EXPO I would go with 40 and 75 on aileron for first flight on 40%, elevator if you are flying with the 250 battery all the way forward and Velcro down so it can't slide backwards and a Dime on it for the first flight I would try 75 and 100%, for first flight 75% but be ready to go to 100% if needed or as soon as you feel conformable with it. As it helps with the landing flare and stopping the Sabre dance if you get into one..
