Cool. We need another "What's the best sim?" thread. It's been a while!

Well, personally after flying some of the standards, I have come to the conclusion that whirling a pencil in my hand comes closest to the real thing. Make sure it is a sharp #2. Only a #2 will do.

Ok then

Lets get this party started. ok my first 3 reasons for Phoenix.

1. Affordable, but not to cheap that chavs can afford it.

2. It is realistic, in that you cant sit in the cockpit of an RC model and fire missiles.

3. Unlimited upgrades SOFAR !!!!!!

Your turn

Realistic in that you can sit in the cockpit and fire missiles? Yep, 'realistic' is how'd I'd describe that, too.

I really have to stop putting you back at the top of the page.

Questioner: Who is the best person on earth?
Answerer: Best at Crochet or Guitar?
Questioner: The answer should be obvious, Guitar.
Answerer: Best at Finger Style or Flat Picking?
Questioner: Hey, you're doing my job.

The point is, you got to know the requirements before you can answer the question. There is no best simulator. They are best at different things.

RC Deskpilot is great value for the money. Phoenix is good if you are buying Parkzone. Realflight is good if you want user generated airplanes. FS One is supposed to be real good for 3d. The list goes on.

These discussions are pointless without the requirements being spelled out. And BTW, have you tried that #2 pencil yet?

Nope dont get it

Dont understand what you mean, but let me be clear.

An RC should be for practising flying RC Models agreed?

You can not sit inside an RC plane or Heli agreed?

Therefore Phoenix is realistic.....

Was I not clear
