I had the same issue with nose-overs in grass....Bivens helped me out with an easy mod...put a shim under the back side of the landing gear; this will cant the gear forward a few degrees and makes a huge difference. I'm able to keep the wheel pants on even in the grass.

Missing one of my SFG plastic screws. How do I get another one? I dont see them as replacement parts on 3dhs website. Are they the 3mm canopy screws on their website? If so, they are.... yes, out of stock. Any suggestions? I have emailed them.

Keithy--I flew the 57" 330SC for 1.5 years and enjoyed the every moment. Looking forward to flying the 58" Edge in a couple weeks.

Joe, the Yellow Edge looks great. Enjoyed your videos of the Edge, hucking low.

I highly doubt that. 48 is really Floaty and Slower, unless you power it up more, throttle it hard. Look at Wamsy's 48 Vid and he can Rock it with the OM 130g.

Most of these 58's are well powered and more of a true Edge Wing. The 48 is an oversized wing for 2nd level Buck Huckers.

My 57 SC still refuses to die, so it will be a long while before I get a 58 Edge.

Ahh, that makes sense, I think ill pass and maybe down the road pick up a 74" edge! But that wont be park friendly, lol

Dude, not saying it is a bad thing with the 48. With the Omega 130G it can be a pretty wild plane! But it IS a Great Park Plane. Look what The West Coast Down Low guys do, Rob and YamaDan. Flying off Ballfields.

You've got to watch Wamsy throw it around!
3DHS 48" Edge 540 (4 min 32 sec)

I had one and sorely miss it! Lost it doing Rollers at 10 ft off the grass to a frozen HS65MG on the Aileron. Only thing I would change would be to get a more powerful Motrolfly than I had for some speed. I had the recommended one and it was great for up close small area Hucking on a 13x6.5.

For now I am flying the 46 Yak that refuses to die, just like the 57 SC. If it ever dies, getting another 48 Edge and hopping it up.

I think I would set it up on 4s, then it will be pretty violent and still have a floaty feel.
