No need to go to that extreme LOL. What he did was, Todd sent it to my AL home address instead of my new TN which he did not know yet. What this means is, I have mail forwarded to my new home address. It will be sent there in AL but then held at the post office, re-routed and sent up here in TN. It will get here Cake if not, its a mere 3.00 wing mount. I'll send him one myself if need be deal? I know it sounds like drama but rest assure, Larc will get his wing mount asap.

I was eyeing my kart today. Larc on the bottom of your seat you'll find two screw mounts that hold your seat to the chassis. What would happen if you drilled the screw holes through the seat and ran the wing tubes to the chassis this way. Two graphite or plastic tubes could be secured to the seat. The wing wire then could be ran in the tubing and easily removed if needed. I'll look things over tomorrow and see what I can come up with.

HUH Toby? Your talking about recessing the tube into the seat or drilling the hole in the seat to fit the tube. It the tube goes in the seat whats to hold the back of the seat on? I get how the tubes will be held by using the screws in the bottom of the chassis but....... I'm so lost with your idea dude...........

Cakeman, have not recieved the wing mounts you sent yet; but here is something I came up with yesterday to try as wing mounts. Had to grind down the right side mount in order to clear the built in rails in the chassis and the motor cover.

Interesting hun but does it effect the 2 screws in the back holding on the muffler? This is how we adjust rear traction at the tracks. Loose rear end is tighting the screws and tight rear end is by loose muffler screws. You can also use tiny orings for cushion or do as J and I install ink pen springs. About three coils and then snug the muffler screws yet still have some play in the springs.

Wing mounts are some old pan car wing mounts that I had. Will try the kart out today. Have setup Don's kart and we plan on hitting the park this afternoon.
