Jack the gripper is ok for carpet but you get to much traction I found. I go totally naked on ozite and goop for crete or asphalt pending on temps.

I have an old Competition Electronics Turbomatcher 4/35 for matching cells; however, even though it says it has adjustable discharge rate, it only discharges at 10 amps. Anyone have any ideas about fixing it so that the discharge rate can be adjusted down to about 1 amp?

Not sure Woody because my chargers have low amp settings. You could use resistors from a local electronics store or 1157 auto light bulbs and go old school. Your battery (each) should not drop below .9

Not to change the subject or highjack the thread but do most of you guys run a rear wing? I noticed its a big trend it seems. Do they really help or is it for looks?

Yes to the first question K9, and Yes to the second because It creates down force. No trend. However, it also depends on how you drive, agressive or non. I like the wing as it allows me to setup for entering as well as tracking on straights.

Sure are K9 less the orange. We use the older stuff. Don't use the new. Its not the same as the old.

Has anyone else heard about alloy steering blocks?

A guy down here has them but I couldn't tell you where he got them from. Maybe Jimmy or Terry? They looked sharp the ones I seen did.
