Yeah Bill, that is everyone's opinion, mine included. The onl;y problem, is no-one was willing to help me when I got the 8,000.00 dollar estimate to fix my sewer line when the tree roots infiltrated it it and plugged it up two years ago. Fortunately, the city made the repair because it was in the street right of way....just saying............
