The contest is Friday am, so the option is up to you. The official EFEST event doesn't start till Sat. am. This Friday contest isn't officially part of EFEST, but more of an event for those interested in indoor aerobatics., but not to bore the rest of the attendees.

We are down to 14 slots left in the contest as of right now.

My buddy and I have been to every e-fest and throughly enjoy flying there, in fact we can't get enough flying in only two days. Can "average" pilots get in the aerobatic contest or is it limited to experts only?

Actually, the contest is for anybody but there is a limited amount of pilots. The sequence should be posted shortly, so take a look at it and see if it's still something you want to do.

That sounds like it would be fun! We can't make the 8 am start time. Bummer.
