Here is what it look with 4" and 3" prop.
I do think 3" prop is much better for that size.

I have found some 92mm tri blade.

How do you think it would work with 5x3 3 blade props? If they fit, I will buy one today!

Edit: Oh, I see that is not a full size board. I am flying a micro with a full sized KK board. Hmmm, if you scale it up to just fit a full size board, motor to motor distance of about 6 inches, I would definitely be interested.

Yep, saw that one. Its a little too big. I am looking for 15-16cm motor to motor. Nice frame though!

This is the one I built in that size but I would like a more sturdy (flex free) frame.

160mm motor to motor will not fit 5" prop..
Look at my drawing, this is 3" and 4" prop circle

I don't like plastic standoff... personal choice..

Those are smaller in diameter than common 1/4 standoff.
Not heavyer than nylon. And Nylon screw can't hold enough torque.

BTW: They are in Aluminum. I could buy Aluminum screws also.. but they are pricey...
