i couldn't resist and ordered a set of plans from Erik Richard. They are *very* detailed - a great set of plans.

Tom,

When you order your set of plans, maybe you can get Glenn to offer ($$$) to machine main gear and tail wheels for us?

Glenn says that he has gear for his. I don't know what Don plans to do.

Although I really like this aircraft, I have enough in the que, for another 10 years. I'm afraid that I'm going to pass on this one.

I'm safe, there. LOL Glenn is 225 miles away. Don is a thousand.

Besides, I was just looking at my Luscombe Silvaire plans.

I'm immune to temptation.

I have seen the plans, though. Don sent me a digital sample.

I immediately deleted them, before I could get hooked.

Hey Tom,
Sorry to hear that you "accidently" deleted them...I can send you a full set if you would like to inspect them a bit closer

-Erik

P.S. I'll let everybody know when the new cowls are done.

Erik, I'd love to build a model from your plans, but I have 5 kits sitting here, waiting to be built.

The plans looked to be straight forward. It should be a nice build.

Have no fear. Don Olsen and Glenn McIntosh are two of the best builders around. They will do justice to the design.

Have you started your Swift, Don ?

I've got a friend's Monocoupe coming in. It needs some repair/modification, and then covering. That's enough to keep me busy for a while.
