Not only am I waiting to see the bird just fly I'm waiting on flight times with such low wing loading. Flew a 14lbs 120mm jet recently, took 2200mah for around 4 mins of flights a couple of speed passes, didn't have to have power on to keep bird in the air.

I'm speculating this should be similar but even lower wing load than I was flying with....

Cool...Ahh the o'l 3 view on the wall. After I put panel lines on the 38 it will time to take it down. I have been staring at that 3 view for the last 5 months i could probably put the panel lines on from memory

I watched a great one on the Enola Gay last night, I met their navigator, Dutch, a few years ago; such great stories, I cant get enough episodes

canopy plug is in final body work stages, and lookin good! then i have to split it into the 3 sections and add runoff's for the molding process, and then put on the frames using alum tape makes for the perfect raised surface to simulate the canopy frames

Huh? Molding process? I thought you were going to pull a canopy from it.

well, it is kinda like molding. its still a traditional "pull" operation.

I couldnt believe the rough field landings with the F-5...grass ops are now scale!

I posted the F5 episode on the first couple of pages..You can click on it and watch it..Definitely a really cool video..Lots on all variants including the T38..
