Yesterday, around 2:20, I figured this thread was dead, so I killed my subscription to it. I saw this pic today at about 3:50pm. I JUST stopped laughing, mostly because my side hurts so much. Literally.

Is it to late to report?? I have been busy with work and it slipped my mind..
Here is the condensed version..  Nathalie and I had a great time! AGAIN I learned a lot. I got to see a few of my new DLG friends and meet some new ones. Thanks to all who made this contest happen, you all did an amazing job! The best time for me was Finchie (Stiflers mom) Saying "I'm not joking!!!". You had to be there. Nathalie is still laughing about Charlie telling me "Hugh, if you are going to fly in sink don't circle in it! It just make you look stooopid" . I was called a "Pen Thief". Meh, I have been called worse by better. I might have slept in on Sunday. Yea thats it "slept in" Forgot to charge my transmitter for sunday. My Polarises did everything I wanted. Donnie, thanks for your time and help! Nathalie kept pointing out the lift like a pro! I should have listened to her  Jon, I understand you were afraid to show. On Monday Nathalie and I hit up some mountain biking at South Mountain for most of the day. So good times! HUGH

Hey guys-
Still get a big grin when I think about that weekend - so much fun and such a great learning environment , my brain compartment sttruggled to absorb all the helpful expert knowledge that is so generously shared. It's super motivating to me to realize how much hard work and dedication it will take to improve my skills enough to make the flyoffs against so many talented pilots. Lookin forward to flyin with all you guys soon Tom |
