Show us your Sony Nex5 / Nex5N videos

The headline says it all....

DonŽt be lazy, show us your videos taken with the Sony Nex5N. Personally I regard this camera, together with the Panasonic GH2, to be the absolute best alternative in that weight-segment, so it will be fun to see all the good video-footage you all can get out of this camera.

IŽll start by showing the 3 videos I have made so far with the camera. (I have showed two of them before though)

This video was shot yesterday. A colleague of mine build himself a new house and wanted me to film it before he moved in with his family.
a house (1 min 33 sec)

In this video I was filming my family when we went for a walk.
a saturday walk (1 min 59 sec)

This video was shot just outside Oslo close to where I work,
Lagåsen in the sun (1 min 42 sec)

Certainly not an issue for aerial video, but there are lots of reports of clicking sounds when recording video with the 5N. Have any of you noticed it? Here's one of these:

Babanan, fantastic videos man. You just started doing this fairly recently IIRC?
Super smooth results, nice editing also.

Hi seismic, nice vide there. Personally I am still too much of a coward to fly over water.
I just wonder, which lens did you use?

And Power, I love the colors and crispyness of your footage. Have you done something with the clips during post or is this "raw-material"?

And yes Cannondale, I started doing this not too long ago in May. I have put A LOT of time and effort into getting as good video-results as possible. Im am not a very good pilot though. For instance I dont dare to fly with anything else than nose away from me, at least with my expensive copters. I have now received my fatshark goggles and I am looking forward to really test my Nex5 at higher altitude and at longer flights in the time to come.

I don't have a choice. The majority of my shoots are all over water. I do live on an island and people like to build houses at the water's edge for some strange reason.

That's just the 16 mm f2.8 pancake. I love to use a better lens but the good ones are so heavy. I would love to use the Canon 14 mm L lense with an adapter but the poor camera gimbal will not be able to handle that much weight in the nose.

Thanks, I did add some sharpening and some color corrector using Sony Vegas. The raw footage from this cam seems just a tad soft with the kit lenses. I wanted to see if details could be clearer. The upclose shots on the bridge pylons gave me good content to work with.

So far, I am pretty darn happy with this camera.

I absolutely agree. Me too is very satisfied. Still, like you, I think the kit-lense is a tiny bit too soft. So yes, to add a little bit of sharpening lifts the result from good to very good.
