Your recommendations (motor/esc/lipo) for this 22" super vee???

Hi,

I am new to RC boats (I usually spend my money on multirotor copters and planes) but I got a 22,5" Deep Vee mono without engine and ESC.

Propeller is a D42x1.4 (4mm shaft), website states a 1800 kV engine running at around 47A.

I have a 150A set lying around (purchased from ebay some month ago for a different project of a friend) -

Specs esc:
Specification

Size: 74 x 41 x 23 mm
Constant Current: 150A
Max Current: 160A
BEC output: 5A
Input Volt: 11.1 - 22.2V (3-6 LIPO / 4 - 20 NIMH)
5.Low current protection:ignore/reduce power/shut off
Low-Voltage Cutoff: Auto detect and set
Low resistance
High rate PWM
Sixteen cells Max
Low torque start
Soft start ramp up
User programmable brake
Auto motor cutoff with reset
Throttle range self-adjusting
Auto shut down when signal is lost
Low voltage auto setting based on battery Safe power arming program ensures motor will not run accidentally after turn on

Motor: (something like that - I think mine was a 2300kV)
Specifications of Water Cool Brushless motor

Brushless motor Model SeaMonster-2845-2100Kv
Rotational Speed 2100Kv (rpm/v)
Max Current 45A
Power (W) 760W
Input Voltage 7.4v- 14.8v
Motor Weight 170g
Max. Efficiency 98%
No Load Current 1.1A
Internal Resistance 52mO
Motor Dimensions (Diameter x Length) 35mm x 58 mm + 10 mm ( pipe )
Shaft Dimensions (Diameter x Length) 4.0mm x 15mm
Input Battery Types NiCd/ Nimh/ Li-po Battery
Cooling Type Water Cool
Wire Winds 9
Recommend Model RC Model Boat

I plan to run it on 3 cell 2200 mAh Lipo (if this makes sense, possible 2 of them in parallel if I can find the COG/balance point)

My questions now:
Is this motor/esc combination suitable for my boat?
Where to place the Lipos (boat is anti-turn-over - the wholes are not for a "better looking ;-))

Any pictures where to place the lipos are very appreciated ;-)

TIA
Peter
