Cheap simple tricopter and mini tricopter

Cant take much credit. this is a rcexplorer tri that i enlarged the uper and lower plate to make it stiffer and relocate the battery to the top. also i made a EEP canopy for protection and flight orientation. motor esc prop are all explaned at the end of the video. one thing i mis spoke was the yaw servo. it is a 18 gram $8 servo not the $4.55 servo. let me know what you think.
Cheap easy tricopter build hobbyking rctimer hobbypartz (6 min 18 sec)

mini tricopter flips rolls high speed than a smack (3 min 40 sec)

Looks good. I'm going to build a tricopter, so I might use a few of your ideas in my build. Thanks

there 12 inches. the only reason i did them that long was weight reduction. i have a 20" arm tri i use for camera work and just finished a mini tri with 8" and 19 gram motors. i will try to get a video up today of it flying. it was to dark to do much with it last night.
