eHirobo - very good service

Just want to say i have brought about 6 helis now maybe more i cannot remember.. of eHirobo, i love their professional service, all helis have arrived well packed, in good condition, nothing required other than charge battery and trims.. and off you go,
Prices pretty well beat anyone else online, and postage to Australia is the cheapest, even for express.
They take paypal, (unlike certain others (x-heli)). They are prompt and replying to email.
So overall i would say highly recommended
Currently waiting on a 4f200LM to arrive and a CopterX 250 with upgraded CT-C6C transmitter (for no additional cost).
Every order is supplied with a tracking number and you can follow its travels till it arrives

Thanks guys for helping me with my newfound passion for RC Helis.

PS. i must add i did have an issue with a DOA battery pack for a CopterX Black Angel, they sent out another one free of charge and a couple of canopy mounts which broke.. Free of charge and no other explanation required.

eHirbro Unresponsive

I bought the CX-3x-1000 and controller from eHirbro on 12/23 the sent me a confirmation then no tracking anything.

Transaction for the value of: USD 73.54

Chirmic trading are actually pretty good. I have used Ehirobo and walkera parts. There are a couple of other stores as well. They are all part of the same group but individually run by different estore owners.

I have spent lots on align, copterX and walkera bits with them and have never had an issue in about 20 orders. I suspect being out of HongKong they are suffering the same delays in postal as every other HongKong vendor at the moment.

is "ehirbo" the correct email? I'll go check if I can find one of my old orders.

info@ehirobo is correct, and i think they have had some holidays over xmas, so they may not reply straight away..
2-4 weeks for standard post, if you select express. i have had it arrive within 4 days maximum

Yes I think I saw on the shop page a note saying which days they were having off. I do like the way they do that. I think some of the other vendors could learn a lesson from that and do the same. The more informed the customer is the better.

eHirobo have been great for me.
In fact, my Fiancee ordered a Genius CP for me on the 23 or the 24/12/11 and it was with me on the 2/1/12.
This is real good service considering that it was also the festive period.

May be late but uh....LOOK at the email address you sent it to. Should be info@ehirobo.com and not info@ehirbo.com
