Hobbypartz NO SHOW order
Hi
I placed an order on 21 Nov 2011 .... I waited over 3 weeks to contact hobbypartz and was told to contact USPS and ask for a tracer to be put on the parcel...Annoyed but still hopeful I contacted USPS and was told there is NO POSSIBLE WAY TO PUT A TRACER ON THIS...wow happy days not only do I not have my shipment I am also being led down the garden path by the "customer service" people....GREAT....When I contacted hobbypartz for a third time in as many days to tell them what USPS had said .... was told "my boss isnt here for anouther two hours I will inform him and ask him to send you an email...NOTTA NOTHING NO EMAIL.....contacted again for a fourth time ( Let me tell you how crappy the experience of TRYING TO CONTACT customer service is expect to waste ALOT of your time and get nothing but lip service)...Sooo after wasting several hours of my time the same "customer service" guy says "please be patient and wait anouther 1-2 weeks" .... WOW ... I could show several orders placed both before and after that I have REAL tracking possibility (obviously NOT from hobbypartz) and guess what I actually received the product too....I started a paypal dispute after giving them the choice of refund or reship the order and being refused any service. My order # is 1460717
