best quadcopter for a budget

Hi, i am looking for a reasonably priced quadcopter. A kit would be perfectly fine.

It can be tx/rx ready or just a frame, but then electronics need to be factored in...

Batteries dont count

Budget, $200

Thoughts...?

The fyetech X4 kit can be had for around 200 but you need to add a flight controller, Rx, lipo.

The X525 frame is ok, nothing too amazing for the price but it works well. The milling of the g10 is a bit rough and scratched up a bit as are the aluminum arms. The hardware seemed like a random selection of nuts bolts and standoffs. No instructions or diagrams, mine was just loose parts in a box. Maybe this bundle is better.

That said, the frame seems stable enough and flies well. The springs in the landing gear are a bit hokey and useless.

I got the V2 version before landing gear springs. I think that was actually better. The frame is fine for a beater/first time flying frame though, it should take some hits without breaking too fast.

If you know someone with a 3d printer you can print off a design from thingiverse (such as: www.thingiverse.com/thing:11585) and you can get a kk multicopter board from dealsextreme: www.dealextreme.com/p/kk-multicopter-controller-full-set-107408. the motors and whatnot can then be sourced from hobbyking.

printing the frame on a 3d printer gives you the advantage that if you break it, just print the parts again .

We sell sell a quadcopter kit, but the kit includes some fairly comprehensive electronics, so the overall price isn't cheap. However we will be be selling the frames separately relatively cheaply, which is a great way for people to get started building their own quadcopter.

The quadcopter looks like this:

This is my parts list of stuff on order so far
2830-14 750KV motors- 45
30A rc timer esc 40
Turnigy 4000mAh 4S 30C 35
RX 8
CC board 89 (still waiting for it to be in stock)
towel bars for frame 8
= $225

I could have gone cheaper on some things to save costs, but this is what I came up with.
