If you pause at the end when my brother points his iPod to the right, you can see the shape of the plane at the fence there near the bleachers.

I'll probably put away that jet for a while until a fly well with the Tuff Trainer and then try it again.

I do agree with you on that, I still use at the moment on rainy days. If you dont want to spend alot you can just use a game pad with analog sticks unless the flight sim needs a real remote then thats a hole differnt ball game.

Anymore you can get one with FMS and a "radio" for less than 40 dollars USD shipped. I have two of the premium ones, Phoenix and Realflight G6. I recently got into helis and the sims have been a huge help. When I first started learning to fly planks 20 years ago, I destroyed four models in one summer and almost gave up.
It was at that point that I got a Dave Brown flight sim. It had a hokey metal box with two gimbals and "stick figure" planes but it taught me all I needed to know about overcontrol. Haven't looked back since. |

I ordered the Tuff Trainer, a battery, glue, and a adapter to use the battery with the plane and my charger. I also got a DX6i to replace my Heli-Max 72 MHz radio system.
