Predictions show WSW from 7-9MPH during the afternoon for San pedro, and no rain until nighttime. Might just be a good day.

That is what I saw as well. A little on the light side but the direction looked ok.

Well we did have an event. A small one but an event none the less.

There were a couple of planes change hands, some flying, and just enjoyable airplane conversations.

I think there was at least 5 people besides myself that showed up. I flew my Easy Glider and proved that lift did exist on the slope. Matt got some laps in with his HalfPipe. and not to long after Bill D. left, Dave C. got his FS in the air. It seemed to be just strong enough to fly some quick laps and enough altitude to land. A few others showed up as well to swap planes and chat. I think after I left at 2:30 Matt was getting ready to fly his Cyril.

Thanks to those that showed up. Hope everyone had a good time.

Thanks for organizing the event Bob! We were lucky to get an hour or so of wind to fly with and it was a very pretty day!
