Does anybody that is familiar with these airframes think that it would possible to put LEDs inside the wings?

Welder's is a Toluene based contact adhesive like barge rubber cement

so what dose one of these cost with the motor they are selling after shipping and all is included?

Yes

how much "building" is there to do?

I think I'm gonna try a Motrolfly 2815-950 on 3s with a 13x6.5 prop with some Savox SH-0255 servos.

I'm curious about lighting up this plane as well. I've wanted an inside lit plane ever since I saw that Acromaster at SEFF a few years ago.

Whatever that foam was, it would glow from the LED's inside and looked awesome.

I don't think EPP will do that, however. I may have to settle for external lights....again

You can turn the lights over against the foam and it will make it glow.

Can anyone flying this compare it to the 48" Extra? It's pretty new but I went on site to buy the Extra and saw this and now I'm stuck! I flew a friends 48" extra yesterday and thought I had to have it, that one flies nice!

Any body have a digital servo recommendation for this bird? I've been using all analogs so far, and I really want to make this thing perform.

I guess HS-5065MG would be the obvious choice... but I was hoping there might be something just a little bit cheaper but well respected.

Maybe I'll try these Savox SH-0350s

I used these on my 48" Velox. At 6v they were really fast and centered really well.
