I'm lazy but where is are the build videos in this thread?

It wouldn't be a bad idea to add them to the first post.

Drilled a hole down the wings with an old arrow shaft with a drill bit glued to it.
Spliced some micro deans on the harness and decided I need to pick up another set for the tail led so I can remove the driver to save weight while not in use.
I also decided against using the arrow ends to attach the wing tip bars and went with some nylon wire keepers and the SFG mounting hole instead. I think I can adjust tension and they rotate if I drag a wing tip and not break the bar. Need to pick up some smaller keepers as the 1/4" I had on hand require 2 pieces of split fuel tubing.
Going to try a foam wire keeper on the tail feather bar.
I'll post more pics when finished.

Is there an easier way to bolt up the Omega motor in this plane?

I just sliced the EPP on the front and then used a little welders to patch it back up....

You're likely to need to get in there for a firewall repair anyway after the first 5 crashes or so....

Others just used a screwdriver with tape to hold the screw onto it until you get it started...or similar methods.

Speaking of crashing, in the main part of the fuse (from right behind where the turtledeck starts forward) is it just epp, or is there any depron in there? I need to do some decent repair work and I was planning on just using welders, but I know there is depron in the wings and a few other spots that will get eaten by the welders.

I am a fan of the cheap LED strips. They have their own sticky already on them and come in about every color you could want. I may work up some lights in the coming months and I'll put some pics up when I do.

If I can get it worked out it should be similar to the Aurora Genesis system so yeah, you can install it on one of your planes at SEFF

Did a quick search but did not find the answer. After reading 30 pages, I stopped. So here is the question - can I use the E-Flite Park 450 890KV? I've this NIB motor and would love to pull the trigger on this bad boy as the daily flyer.
