Hobie Hawk Canopies
Got quite a few requests for Hobie hawk Canopies lately so thought I'd post what I have left here on RCG.
I have dyable CAB canopies (original hard to find material = expensive) for the Hobie hawk. They will be need to be trimmed and sanded to your deck, cleaned thoroughly with Windex to remove all fingerprints, then they can be dyed in warm (not HOT) water and RIT dye. Note that some RIT dyes do not dye the plastic the represented color. ie. Black will dye purple. The primary colors do OK like Yellow, Blue, Green, Red, Brown (bronze). The longer you leave the canopy in the dye, the darker it becomes. It does not take very long...
These canopies are CLEAR when you receive them. I do not dye them for you. You can do that at home with a fully submersible container and some RIT clothing dye.
Price is $18 each plus $6 shipping any quantity to the lower 48 USA.

PM me if you send funds through snail mail. NO OTHER PARTS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. Dennis Ross still owns the original tooling and he holds the tooling to make parts for the original planes, which he does not make anymore.
