Yeah, I came across her on one of my Pandora music stations. I frequently use her as a soundtrack on my commutes. She is absolutely amazing, and I thought her music would go well with the vid.

14x7 on stock motor / esc?

Grayson Hobby is much more expensive and not based in Australia so the shipping would be expensive. But thanks anyway.

Brett I ordered mine through wowrcmodel a HK based mob, great price and quick postage (10 days from memory and I live in the bush)

Hobby Zone in Moorabbin stock them , cost a bit more but they are good to deal with and have all the spares

Thanks guys but wowrcmodel is $77 shipping which puts to $60 more than HK delivered. I also had checked out Hobbyzone earlier as it is only a shortish drive away so I could pick it up - would be about $45 more than HK but they are out of stock as well. I guess I'll wait.

Cheers
Brett

Bugger, I am pretty sure postage was only $20-30 when I bought mine when it first came out.

Maiden today was awesome , 6 flights total .
Was so easy to fly and just wants to be thrown around . Going to learn a lot from this model
3rd flight I increased the low rates a bit more and still found it easy to handle .
I would call this responsive more than twitchy. Might have to order more packs
Edit , did just order 2 more packs

Ok I need a better solution for the press fit collet for the prop. Mine flew off in mid air resulting in a hard landing, broken prop, bent gear.

Does anyone have a bolt on solution or just something better for this set up?

Thanks,
Justin

well i tried to go last night for a maiden flight but she did not survive. it looks like the motor mount came unglued in level flight right after take off. I contacted nitroplanes and they told me to send them some pics and they will help me out. I hope they stay true and do the right thing. here are the pics i sent to nitroplanes

Too bad, this is a great flying ship especially in windy conditions. Got any photos of the area of the suspect motor mount? I think those would be even more important to show NP since it's where you said the failure actually occurred...

Not Monday morning quarterbacking but did you do the mods? Including the motor mount? Too bad. I hope NP helps out but don't expect too much. They like the "warranty void after takeoff" road. Good luck
