I am curious how people exactly are reinforcing the motor mount I have come up with multiple ideas. But after deeply looking at is, it sure looks like to me that the design of the edf was specifically made for some metal "X" shaped motor mount to be fit in the "X" slot as in the picture below. Has anyone machined this and done it before?

I epoxy a 1/8" thick 51mm round wood circle or motor mount inside the can holder making sure to get epoxy into the edges between the can holder and the wood.

Fairly simple and quick...

after the epoxy drys drill the wholes for the screws and the cooling

I am in need of two blades if anyone has spares to sell. Bought the fan four months ago and somehow misplaced two blades from the box. So far no shop sells replacement blades for this size fan, only complete unit.

Erh doesn't have extra blades so I am still looking for two blades rather than buying whole fan set.

Thx, I've tried it with the higher flow pump but the hoses keep popping off...

The last time I used the low flow pump in the back yeard it covered the neighbors whole two story house in smoke....glad she wasn't home.

For some reason when I make left turns the smoke gets really thick, I could not figure out why..

Too bad the Falcon burnt up so I have to build another FrankenBird...Landed and the bullet connecters from the motor started arching and blew the esc which was placed over the smoke tank...who would've thunk it?!

I'll place the tank on the CG on the new build...

Please everyone, have a fire extinguisher at your local club

Or a bunch of water

regards
