He probably needs one for his esc Im guessing. Most don't use them on their receivers.

I'll be back at the shop in Alabama later this week if JB doesn't respond. We have some Novak and tekins sitting around I do believe. I can get one out to him if need be. I wouldn't run my kart without it in modified.

Keep in mind that not all esc or motors require a cap. Some motors cog more than others. Simple solution we found is not to stack the gears so high that it bogs the rc down. Its worked for us for years. By the way, think of rc in scale speeds. Do rc karts need to go faster or as fast as a touring car? Last we looked in the real world go karts were much slower and contained smaller horsepower or cc motors. I don't see gokarts becoming street legal and hitting the highway anytime soon at 70 miles an hour.
