For Sale
Macs Pre-Tuned 40-size Header & Pipe, NIP

Up for sale is a NOS Macs’ #1953 Pre-Tuned standard header, pipe, coupler and mounting hardware for a 40-size engine, new in package. Bolt-holes on the header are 39mm center-to-center with an exhaust opening of 7x28.5mm. Originally designed for a Super Tigre S-40, this system works equally well on Thunder Tiger 36-46 engines and O.S. Engines 40-46’s if the header bolt hole distance is decreased a half-millimeter with a drill or your rotary tool. This system suits any engine of nominally 0.40 in3 displacement that roughly matches the bolt centerline distance. I saw the rpms of my Thunder Tiger Pro 40 increase some 1,200 rpm over the stock exhaust on a 9x6 APC prop and my ST S-40 increased 2,100 rpm on a 10x6 APC prop, all with no trimming of the header. Compare with list price of $111.95, and grab yourself a bargain!

$80 shipped CONUS.
