the deep is like 5-6mm only, its solid, so no problems drill there..

The mod Sebbe did is great, but I have to say that the factory setup isn't going to fall out...

The lip is solid carbon and isn't going anyway. What you may find if you don't do the mod is the wing will try to wiggle back and forward a few MM unless you crank up the rear bolt very tight.

I did it a slightly different way, and put a bit of balsa wood on each side of the tongue to stop it moving.

Well after an extraodinarily long order ordeal, I now have a LP1.1, the new version (bit bigger, slightly updated). Its close to the same size as the Escape/Stiletto.

Theres a few differences to the LP1 Ive noticed, ie different forward wing mount.

Its nicely made, very rigid!, The whole wing is carbon, and then they have used a carbon sock spar! So the wing aint gonna break no matter what you throw at it!

The fuselage is very square (lots of lipo could be crammed into it), very light (single carbon layup with carbon tow at each edge of the fuse, very rigid )

Im impressed, with 2.5kW in it this thing is going to be totally insane. 200mph is going down!

Ill take some pics later tonight.

Pics - same length as the Stiletto, slightly shorter wing, slightly higher aspect (and much thinner)

5S 2100 Neu pack fits nicely, Most 5S 2200 would fit. 6S 1600+ would require 2P. Everything smaller will fit easily.

The wing really is an impressive peice of work, very nicely done HJK

Sweet pics!

Looking forward to seeing this in person.

Wing isn't much different than the 1.0?

Nah looks similar, the 1.1 has a higher aspect ratio though, Looks "slimmer" but chord is probably the same.
