My quad will not recover from failsafe with the GPS mode. I have to switch to Stab mode in order to regain control.

But what about the innocent sharks that might get hit from a falling multrotor?

I'm no multi-rotor guru but 12 motors on that thing doesn't seem very efficient! It didn't seem like it was lifting anything more than a big quad or hex could carry. It's a cool different thing. I like it! I still think a 10 foot wingspan tricopter would be cooler though! It might even cost less? Maybe I'll build one

I really think they should allow a delete post button. This tread has more than 900 pages some of which are not related, including what im typing here so why not start a new tread in multirotor talk instead of here.

I love all 900 pages, most of which is, in fact, on topic in one way or another. If you don't want to read it all, figure out what you want from this thread and learn how to use advanced search. You won't be dissappointed.

OR, you start a new thread and then you moderate it and make sure no one ever posts anything off topic ever. You can then be the thread emperor and stop anyone from posting requests for a delete button.

Hey, that was great. NIce to see the other side of the world from the air.

Did you do that flight with visual contact of the quad, or FPV?

What camera and what setting did you use? The video quality was very sharp and smooth.

Thanks.

Golds... being off topic is one thing but bumping your own off-topic post is a bit too far.

BTW, I bet it's a hell of a drive from Antarctica to Wisconsin... be safe and watch for sharks.
