I also ordered the BAe Hawk in HK and it is on the way since yesterday ... He will arrived (in Switzerland) in about 3 weeks (I think).

@ SniperWj

Do you have more photos (details inside and out) to help us to wait?

Thank you already for these first pictures, the BAe Hawk looks really beautiful !

Greetings from Switzerland

Stefire

p.s. sorry for my "english"...
Welcome to the forum dude.. Nice buy. You will have it in 8 days most probably because when i order from hk usually on the 8th day all my stuff stop by your country and then head for cyprus.. Good luck with your Hawk

A nice.. A turbine.. What you mean by cs90???
Most prolly im going with a 1200kv and stumax on 10s. This could be a p20 killer at least while the batteries are fresh, but it will be able to do 12s that will be a p20killer for sure. Ofcourse that is going to push my equipment to the edge.
I could also go cheaper with lander fan ot jepe fan or jetfan90 8s with milder setup but who wouldnt like that stumax.

I hope you build the electric first. I want to see one in the air soon and also hear what hes got to say about the flaps on landing

I believe he is referring to the Changesun 90mm fan. Changesun is developing a new 90mm fan that some of us are watching for. i just put their 70mm 10 blade in a HP F-16, It will be awhile before it's finished though.

are they dynamically balanced???
More blades = better sound .. Thats what i notced from the 50mm to the 90mm i have
more blades create that whoosh effect. But more bladescouls also mean weaker blades so i dont know if that cs90mm can handle the het motors with the max number of cells

CS got the mold right for the 10 blades, all the ones I've heard are butter smooth...no dentist drill sound.

Not sure if I got lucky or what, mine is balanced right out of the box. Their housing is very weak though, I tossed it and used a HET housing.

thank you for yours welcome!

SniperWj

Thank you in advance for the next pictures to come!

pavcon

Ooch 8 days to Switzerland? there may be a faster transport when it is only a stop, because my hk packages usually arrive in 3 weeks. (but it's true that the customs and mail services in Switzerland are very long ... it takes more time to do 150km in Switzerland that to do Hong Kong to Switzerland...)

all

Is anyone of you plans to mount the edf rclander sold at HK? (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=17223)

Anyone know this edf? I ordered it, I hope that was a good choice !

hello pavcon

no no I did not say 3 days (that would be great! ) but 3 weeks (that's less cool... )

(but given the beauty of the bae hawk, it's worth the wait!)

Hi Yiming,
