12mm Prototype Props

I made these little 12mm props. They accept a 1mm shaft. If anyone is interested, follow the links below.

These are experimental props. You must understand that they might not work as expected.

Thanks

EDIT:
The new props can be found here.

For me I would mod to achieve 35 to 45k unloaded.
Rake (concentrated thrust cone)and less tongue for more rpm at wot.
How hard is the plastic? Great effort Kev!!

Need lil tongue for out of the hole and bite in the corners on the straights not so much tongue on the low pitch end is just drag at wot but for over all performance its best.

Yes that will do, the bottom three bladed in the middle - prop blade on the left side looks spot on.

What sort of rpm do you think this type of plastic can manage? I figure should be good for over 35k do to the low weight and drag of the hulls.

I have no idea. I do know that a prop strike will break them though. The plastic is very rigid, and with rigidity comes fragility.

I slipped while trimming down an 22mm rotor. All six blades sheared off leaving just the hub. Those were .3mm though and had less support (for lack of a better word).
