Waiting no more! The "international boxes" arrived yesterday just before I left for the SEMFF session. I'll get them out and see how we can set up the pack today.

Can someone give me an idea of what to do with 90% of a bundle of blue fff from Lowe's? I would surely love to replace it with a box of mpf...

Put it in the attic of your house and unfold it. You will be helping to save energy. Give sheets to homeless people to sleep on. ah...... sorry that is the best I can come up with on short notice. A year ago I would have be interested in buying it, ( if we lived closer) but I have a box of MPF now so I can't help you out.

Give it to the kids with a rolll of duct tape. They can make forts, puppet thearters, stage scenery, space ships, boats, even chuck gliders. Or,challenge them to make a plane worthy of some old RC gear....

This is genius. My girls are 5 and 7, they would LOVE a princess castle in their rooms......great idea!

Thanks for the suggestions as well Bob.

Hey, I still keep all that blue and pink stuff handy. It's out in the garage where it belongs, of course, not taking up valuable space inside where I could put more MPF.

As construction material FFF is still pretty good for a lot of things. You can use it to make boxes and frameworks for holding your planes, particularly the delicate 3mm 3D stuff. I still use it for some planes that don't warrant the use of MPF or for repairs on old junk.

I draw bulls eyes on pieces for my ten year old to practice with his pellet gun .I get my blue dow fanfold free so its cheaper than buying targets . You can always use it for plane formers or fillers inside wings where no one can see it and save the good stuff for out side. joe

There you go lots of good reasons to get rid of that old blue FFF. All good excuses why you should be building with MPF. The wife and kids would think you are the best dad for building the castle, and you get a new box of foam!

Of course you should keep a few sheets of FFF out in the garage for the times you get in trouble with the wife. You know so you have something to sleep on.
