Classic....+1.....I have no problem riding back in the cargo hold with my annual shipment of planes back home. Sounds like a plan. Now I just need to convince my wife that this is a great plan....she too will need cargo space for all the shopping she can do in Hong Kong. I think we have a hook!

It doesnt work that way. SHE can go on a shopping spree in China. But YOU can't buy planes while you are there.

So got to thinking about my setup... Cyclone power 2500kv pulls 55a in a 5 blade fan on 6s. If I'm using a 10 blade fan would I be safe to say dbl the amps of a 5 blade? Cuz I ordered 2 HWing 100a esc's n will run a CC bec, but am now thinking maybe should've went with 150a... Oh well we'll c.

v8truckin, It doesn't exactly work like that even though it would stand to reason. Its all about the pitch of the blades and what they are designed to do. If the fans you bought are in fact a clone of one of stu's designs then they will perform well with a balance of thrust and efflux. If they are of the typical Haoye design they will be thrust monsters and chew up Amps like no ones business but at a cost of efflux. I have found this to be true in testing of similar sized haoye vs non-haoye fan units. If the unit is not a stu clone but still a well designed fan then your amps might go up slightly with a modest boost in performance. So depending on what the 5 blade fan is (brand) you may see 60-65A increase with the performance boost. Just remember that in EDF performance boosts come at a high cost power wise.

this SU-35 air frame as they used to have freewing products in

I agree....I sure hope that Hobby Lobby has these on the same boat as the Freewing re-stock that is due this month.

Man, you guessed it! HL site now says mid December(for the Typhoon) and shows the airframe only as sold out. Crap. I may just move on to another airframe, tired of waiting for this one. I guess with RC-castle at least I would know it's the latest version. Would prefer to choose my own servo's.

Any idea how many channels this baby is wired for. 7 like the F/A 18 E/F with stabilator & ailerons instead of as it should be, tailerons and flapperons like the full scale?
If like full scale it'll need 9 channels and the tailerons and flapperons wired separately.

2 - Tailerons
2 - Flapperon/Aileron
2 - TV Pitch/Roll
1 - Rudder "Y'd" to Steering, Rudder and TV Yaw
1 - Thrust
1 - Gear

Beautiful Bird, the one I've been asking about. The only other to add to the collection is a PakFa.
