you may like the 20X11, but the 20X10 sure made my 70" Slick stand up and dance (at least to me). I think Joe uses a 20X11 though..

I was lucky enough to get some air time on the red. Being that the biggest thing I've flown is my 51", and NeverEnough was hucking his silver right over the runway, I was too chicken to do much. All it took was a few slow rolls and some up and down lines to win me over.

Hopefully a red one will be in stock for me after tax returns!

Does anybody know if the new 58" edges will be in the red and silver schemes of the 74" or in the orange and blue schemes of the smaller 48"? I think an orange 58 would be awesome, but a silver wouldnt be too shabby either. That is definitely going to be my next plane. thinking another 6s setup to go along with my 57 extra is in order. maybe 4315 motrolfly instead of my 3620 in the extra. the additional 3.5oz is a little scary though.

Besides, I used to build planes for people all the time...and that why I quit flying in the late 1990's, it got to be a job instead of a hobby!!

Sometimes I give myself so many projects, and take on other peoples projects that it feels like a job at times too. It's supposed to be fun and relaxing, so I need to learn to say no!

I would like to make the tips look more scale than the ones on the 3DHS Edge prototype. I'm thinking that with the compound curves that are involved, it's going to be impossible (for me anyways) to do it with formers and sheeting. Do you think that solid balsa would be too heavy? Otherwise I'm thinking about sheeting foam, or maybe going with the lost foam method and making fiberglass tips. What method would you go for?
