Thought I would share my cooling mods on this plane. Its not the neatest install but for sure works. I baffled one cowl inlet to cool the motor and it works great, I leave the other inlet open to cool my batteries. For the ESC, I made a tube out of two paper towel rolls and glued it in the lower cowl inlet. Then just mounted the ESC to get the direct airflow. I sanded open the inlet as well for more flow.

Very nice!!! ![]() Those simple mods really keep things working better and for a longer amount of time. Baffles work great to keep the motor cool while in the air, but my biggest problem is the heat build up after I land. I'm using really small computer fans that to fix that problem now.
