Just in case, make sure you always launch from the upwind side of the field at least 5 s after the buzzer, always land 30s early, and should you find yourself circling near another plane, simply exit the thermal and recore in an empty one nearby....

Man just got home. I had a cat like that then had cat breakfast. She was tasty better than I ever would have thought. Bruce thanks we want to see both Donnie and Polaris in action should be a great match.

Ok I have snapped of of my depression and it's time to wake this thread up. I want to have everything ready when the new wing arrives, so I'm prepping the fuse, launch peg, wing wiring harness, and top drive pushrods. Here are a few more pics that I took while working on the fuse and wing.

Making some progress here myself.

I may have gone a little further out than 75mm,... I'm at 60mm to the closest edge of the servo from centerline, which puts the horn at about 90mm, eh... close enough for me.

Reserved, I was having a fit with the spring... yet again.

Damn springs. I have a great fear of the spring/pull system, so I will be avoiding them, just as you all should avoid CNC machines and stick with supporting Bruce and the Polaris!

Eric, from the pictures it seems like you have the servo flush with the bottom skin. With this position you will not be able to get the servo/aileron linkage inside the wing if you would go for top driven.
I will suggest you lower the servo in the wing as much as possible to be able to keep the main part of the aileron pushrod inside the wing.

I was able to get them close to the skin...
Overall, I'm happy the wing is done!
Might have been able to do cleaner servo instal than this.
I'll leave that to Donnie, he should have that wing today!
