hi,power on,wait for 30 seconds, then do this calibration by your radio.Recommended to do this calibration after change the battery. tks!

there is almost no proper level ground where i fly most of the time ... so i cannot do calibration by radio on the ground
it flies well (after some trimming) even if i do not calibrate .. as long as it does not flip over during initial throttle up after putting in fresh battery pack
i have given up on the drift issue and gotten used to it .. now it is the flipping over on a fresh pack that worries me .. so i will have to learn to hand launch

Hello Jimmy,

Many thanks for your help, but who is the source of the new (beta?)versions? Is there any official version history from the developers available where they record bugfixes and enhanncements?

Cheers,
Holger

as far as i know....
v1.6 : fix camera PWM signal jitter problem
v1.5 : support fixed center pwm signal for tilt servo (with v1.2 tool)
p.s. can move tilt servo via receiver ch6 or fixed center pwm
v1.4 : improve attitude estimate performance

So what does it mean ?
I see that version 1.4 is for 6G, than 1.4 is 6G to.
does 1.6 include fixes of 1.4 ?

Hi guys,

Still nothing for the major issue, the "Left Drift"!

An other point, which 2axes gimbal would you recommend for a gopro and which servos.

I have a quad with a Warthox frame.

Thx

Left Drift? absorb shock of FC and reduce vibration of the power systerm.motors and props.pls use the latest firmware v16(2G).it is good work for most servo.TKS!

Yes left drift for the entire copter.
As we said before I think it might be temperature related...

I tried firmware v16(2G) but the left drift is still present.

Anyway what 2 axes gimbal would you recommend ?

Regarding the servos I have some spare bluebirds left from my tri shrediquette, I'll give them a try.

Thx

Version 1.6 (6g) works fine for me now (as expected). Unfortunately I bought another (more expensive) FC and I have to sell this one.

Hi everyone,

Here is my first flight with my octo. The AQ50D flies well... I've notice some left drift though...

can anyone confirm that the new 1.6 firmware fixes this issue?

Thanks
