where can i find 1.1 firmware ?
i tried to remove the smd resistor in order to have 1.2 working good, but removing a smd component with a normal soldering iron is quite difficult. I didn't want to burn something so i chickened out after a couple of attemps.. last time i worked with smd stuff was in 1991 with a proper hot air soldering station.... so until i can find someone to remove the resistor, i'd like to go back to 1.1, but can't find it.. only have 1.0 and 1.2 available as download... |

Hi,
This is a quick vid with a cool small hexa from www.cyberdrones.com , and the AQ50D pro on board. Stock settings, still not upgraded, but flies great ![]() Setup: -Scorpio hexa frame, -AQ50D pro, -Turnigy plush 10A, -robbe roxxy 2216/25, -GWS tri-bladed 5"3 props, -2200mAh lipo. I'm happily surprised of the stability the AQ50D provides; also, as you can see, the frame is not a "circular hexa", but is more like a "V" shaped hexa. So the FC deals with that without any problem for my pleasure. Here's the vid, not as impressive as Warthox ( ), emm.. not yet lol!http://vimeo.com/33585045 Pass: scorpio Soon, I'll certainly make the hardware modification, because as I have read, calibrating accs each fresh lipo (which is annoying, by the way) would not be any longer needed. Another thing I feel is missing, is the ability to choose a flight mode without auto-level, that could be useful (or fun!) Cheers |

Ordered my TMF PRO in Taiwan last Sunday and received it on thursday with 15$-express-shipping, no problems at customs due to low price parcel marking.
This afternoon I mounted it (instead of FY-90Q) on my aluminium Quad with Turnigy Plush 25 A, GAUI 330X-motors and Futaba receiver. Slight problems at the first try as I mounted it to fixed, but with some attenuation no problems at all. Flies perfectly indoor (due to weather can't try outside at the moment).I like the software tool for calibration. It is rather cool to check the right mounting position or angle of the conroller. And I definitely like the arming of the motors: this is something extremely important for safety, which for example the Fyetech-products miss. My version from Taiwan had smd-resistor already removed and firmversion 1.2 already installed! The only critics at my current stage of knowledge is, that after disarming the motors spin slightly even at the throttle down. I would prefer that the motors would stay silent after disarming and start with more throttle. Wolfgang |
