Now I must choose between these servos:

Hitec HS-625MG - 5.5Kg / 0.18 sec @ 60deg - http://www.hitecrcd.com/products/ana.../hs-625mg.html
Hitec HS-645MG - 8Kg / 0.25 sec @ 60deg http://www.hitecrcd.com/products/ana.../hs-645mg.html
Blue Bird BMS-621MG - 6.4Kg / 0.13 sec @ 60deg - http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...13sec_47g.html

Which servos do you use ? And which servos do you suggest ? thanks..

Im sure I will get shouted down but on Giant scale the 645/625 were poor at centering, I am a Hitec servo fan but quit using those due to that fact, they make some others that have coreless motors that are better, I am not a fan of constant triming.
Buddy of mine ran Bluebirds on a heli ccpm that ran fine, but they are still only 3 pole motors so centering is not as good, but why pay more for the Hitec..

Ok so I think you would love Hitec HS-965MG (8Kg / o.13sec) with coreless motor... correct ? http://www.hitecrcd.com/products/ana.../hs-965mg.html

Yep, good servo, my alltime favorite were 5955s and 7955s but they are overkill.
There are some 5 pole ones that are a bit better than 3 pole as well.

Yes very good servos. But they are digital and I read many times that it's better to avoid digital servos for FPV.

One manufacturer of lrs said that.................about a certain brand and the story spreads.
If I can use them on planes costing 10 times what a Zephry cost and on my 700 heli with flybarless controller whats wrong with them??
Power consumption you say??? Well the 645 pulls as much power as the 5945 which is its digital version.
The only downside I see is if you let your power drop below say 3.8v the analog will still work but go slow, the digital will quit until the power comes up.

Nice.

They are stronger than they look, mine hit the ground 3 times nose first due to the blasted ET Guardian setup, finally turned it off and got 2 good flights.

Trying to decide how to lay out my electronics... I would like to use the designated battery tray for the batteries, rather than digging out battery compartments on the leading edges. But I am having a tough time fitting all my electronics up top. I may keep the ICE on top of the wing in the wind.

Current Sensor

ICE 100

Readymaderc is out of stock for these... my sky surfer is finally done so I would like to get another plane asap. Where can I buy a zephyr kit in the USA for less than $150?
