i have some vibrations if flying at high speeds.
gopro is hard mounted. one wing is a bit loose on top side. just the glue. on the bottom side is a CF spar which is holding the wing just fine.
maybe this which is causing the surface to vibrate at higher speed ?
any idea?

Is your prop ballanced , is it a folder, do you have a few pix of your plane?
Are they body waving up and down or are the vibration?

prop is balanced . no folder. i have glued the other wing now. just a little too much glue i ll report if this was the problem. i don't think so.
i lost one landing skid in the grass during a bad launch. therefore i have put on some home made. maybe they are not so aerodynamic and cause this vibration at higher speed?

The hard wood mounts for the cam and motor plate will also transfer alot of vibration.
There is a reason why my cam box is made of coro , it cancels vibrations out.

the motor plate is not fixed to the wood mount. between them is foam.

Ok, does it CG with the motor on the other side of the mount, the prop mounted close to the mount will help, but a Vid would be nice to see the type of vibrations you are talking about.
Aerodynamic or mechanical??

Thats a slight aero dynamic wingflex flutter.
It is not from the motor , it could be from all the over sized skids and rough box , it could be causing buffeting over the center of the wing top and bottom.

I saw that ZII fly when rocky had it and it was real smooth , I bet its the cross country skids you put on it.

to me it just looks too fast. the first dive - you are pushing the limit of what the plane will survive. there are a bunch of guys that have seen that, gone slightly faster and the airframe folds.

try the skids but be cautious pushing it that hard, unless you beef up the reinforcements.

is this right CK? if you think its a load of crap i will delete it bro
