So what? Jealous of free time you may not have the luxury of enjoying? I'll spend my time any danged way I please, thank you very much.

From the quote above you imply that hardcore pilots won't like it just because of the belt tail, I'm telling you that hardcore pilots aren't looking at blade helis at all unless it's as you say "a beater heli". You tend to do a lot of backpedaling.
Where exactly did I "backpedal"? You said they wouldn't be interested in it and wouldn't be seen competing with one. I agreed with you on the competition part, but you're wrong on them not being interested it. If they pick one up as a "beater heli"...new or used...they're "interested in it". I never said it was a wonder machine of any sort. Heck, I never even claimed to "like" it, myself... Geez, all this over wanting to see a TT version or upgrade kit since they ARE marketing as an "advanced" heli?

I have explained it; that was taken 4 years ago when I was 16 and first got my '07 Honda Civic Hybrid.

If you got over 45 mpg you might want to show you car some lovin' too.

It seems like every thread you participate in turns to semantics, but here it is: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...9#post19641864 Post #425

Funny you would judge me on my avatar when you don't even have one.

The 1st and 2nd place winners in the recent XFC championship both flew helis with belt driven tail.

I never said a belt driven tail was bad. So, based on that ONE competition, please list all the other ones that were topped with competitors flying TT helis for side-by-side comparison.

He might be "on a vacation". He was on quite a roll earlier and went quiet all of the sudden. Doesn't fit his modus operandi...

Your first point is true. Blade is for a novice (hence the coax machines). They provide several options for upgrade in different helis.

They will own the market. Most people don't buy align, they go to a lhs and buy a fully built, ready to fly blade. Most people in the hobby are noobs, not 3d fliers.

Most of the market isn't heavy 3d.

As well as for 99% of the heli hobby buying population that knows what they are doing And wher the good stuff is.
