ive already built the outer wing section i might permanently join it and have the wing box disconnect for a stronger one piece wing so it'll be easier to take to the states on holiday with me

any thoughts ?

K try W747's removable wing section method it's probably the best for traveling around with.

Hey K i was trying to make a video for you but i do not have the memory on this cam i have, i lost my rc flight cam so ill just tell you what i do just go to airliner net.com look for 777 pics and get the beast side view of the 777 and trace it of of your computer with paper, o save the pic to your desk top on the computer so you can size it up to the size of your model hope i do not you lol

K.smith459, you got your hands full with the reversers on the 777.
The technology they use is called Cold Stream Reverser, essentially, about half of the nacelle slides backwards exposing a cylindrical grid with the vanes angled towards the front and inside, a trap of sorts stops the flow.Have a looksy at the bottom of this link:

That`s some tricky stuff to do. An engineering marvel but a huge headache for us! You get this done, your name get carved in RC history!
Bypass Thrust Reversers would be easier but to my knowledge, the 777 only uses Cold Stream on all engine versions.
