When you use the word "May", are you "Assuming"?

Is that sound I hear the sound of Archie Bunker's "terlet" swirling in yet another thread?

I DISAGREE . He has a JR12X w/ module DSM2 changed when he is in US. He has a minor radio problem that need to be fixed and willing to pay for it. He did not ask to fix his DSMJ module . It is the same JR12X that is being sold in the US.. The only different is the module but hey its a DSM2 module inserted. A third party electronic repair shop fixed it. I wonder where did the third party got the parts let alone they were able to fix it? So what kind of customer service HH has?

And what about the new XG11 JR? Is HH going to fix it because it was bought NOT on HH and their LHS? The whole point is HH refusing to fix something that is not purchase in the US for a fee? You could be in violation of FTC rules and other US consumer protection laws. Too bad your answer is a non customer service satisfaction.

The Horizon service centers are not equipped to take care of DSMJ systems. DSMJ is a full-range system, as is a DSM2 module.

I'm sure our legal eagles know all about the FTC and understand contractual authorizations better than you and I. If we aren't authorized, we won't invest in the tools and training.

As for "customer service satisfaction" - how does buying a product we don't sell make you our customer?

Can anyone tell me where you can put the switches for flight modes for sailplanes on the XG8? I have heard it can only go on the right side of the transmitter. Also, what do flight modes change? I have read that flight modes only changes trim setttings. I have read the manual and I could not find the answers. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone knows when the power receivers are going to be available, If they will be at all ?

I only would like to buy this radio if they will have a power receiver.
It would also be great if JR Communicate a little with thier customers and let us know of the up coming products. I'm sick of waiting in the DARK

JR tend NOT to give release dates for their products until it is a proven device.

(Not many recalls for JR branded items)

I've been looking at JR's new telemetry systems and naturally I have a few questions. They offer modules to measure temperature, RPM, and voltage. So, if you have two engines or two batteries powering your RX/motor (and assuming they're under the 18 V limit), can you get telemetry data off of each?

What I mean is, a pilot may want to know in an aircraft with twin engines what RPM they are turning? Or, the difference in engine temperature between the front cylinders and the back cylinders on a DA 200 or other quad? Or in a redundant RX battery systems what the voltages of the two packs are?

So, can you hook two of the same modules into the telemetry system using their expanding board (http://www.jrradios.com/Products/Def...rodID=JRP03439) and get data for each engine, set of cylinders, batteries, etc.?

I think it has PPM at trainer port only. With low pulse amplitude.
