If you go to BJB get some of their silicone for your molds.
The exhaust part you're making will "pull" much easier out of a silicone mold..

I (HATE) epoxy resin ! it's like a "high maintenance" woman .. gotta mix it "just" rite... temp "sensitive"... humidity "issues"... can't add to the cup once you've started a batch, etc etc... I'm going back to down n dirty polyester !!! :

what I thought was the rite size turned out to be an inch to long ... less of course I drop a manifold and go with a 10 cylinder engine ... guess I'll start all over with a smaller manifold...

apparantly, you really do need to add fiberglass to the mold, no matter how small ...
