ok I decided to use this on 6s and a 1600kv motor to build my Flyfly Hawk.. 120hv dlux.. a cheap setup so I won't moan for my money if it crashes

I already ordered a composite viperjet that I will use a stumax fan with a 1200kv motor on 10s
will do E retracts on the hawk.

Well, unless that video was shot in the US using Chinese COG, with a bunch of other Chinese standing by commenting, still doesn't make sense because it looks tail heavy in the video... Just sayin'

yes.. their cg is wrong.. they all fly a bit tailheavy to help landing they say
and they mostly fly flull throttle..

One last comment on the subject then I will drop it.
Ask me how I know?
I designed, manufactured and flew models in Wuhan China.
I would mark the CG when the model flew fine.
I get it here to the US and like magic, it's tail heavy.
Sounds crazy but true.

Ah, this might be the reason all my Fly Fly jets are nose heavy...really nose heavy.

It's good they did a video of that L-39, it confirms the sound of the fan...well worth it right now.

cg is based on aircraft design not where on the globe it fly's. I have the same experience as ERH every single chinese jet I have put together and flown had an extremely nose heavy factory cg mark. I just think they are guessing at it. the vid did look tail heavy to me also and it looked under powered also. the model looks good though. I wonder how much it weighs
