Art Tech Cessna 182 500 Class build issues
Hi,
I'm new on here and just building my first RC plane, an Art-Tech Cessna 182. I built is as per the instructions in the pack, making sure I connected the servo cables correctly. Once I had it built, I connected the battery and found the following... The rudder works fine The elevators work fine The LHS aerilon descends and stays there, even when the battery is disconnected. I had to undo the pushrod in case it damaged the foam The RHS aerilon doesn't respond The flaps don't respond. I have double and triple checked that the connectors are connected properly, and they are... Any help is appreciated as all I want to do is get it in the air after practising on the sim. Thanks in advance. |

I've got one of these - From factory the ailerons have a Y lead to connect them, does yours? When one side moves the other side should do the opposite.
Or have you fitted a different receiver? Steve |

No, just standard. I'll wait to I'm used to flying before I try anything more advanced.
I don't see anything that would resemble a Y lead, but I will have a better look when I get a chance after work. |

I've been speaking to the online shop where I bought it, and they're sending a courier to pick it up and then replace it for me.
