Just let me say that you have done a wonderful job with this thing. If I didn't have 3 Blade 400's already I would buy yours. It's also a steal at the current bid price.

Hey Darker!

Thanks man. I really liked this helicopter. There is only an Hour and a half left on the auction.

Current bid $262.88

That covers the motor, cyclic servos, and the tail servo ha ha ha!

Dont forget about all the extra stuff too.

Wing Tote
E-Flite battery thats new
Mini G Gyro and G-View
Extra parts
Extra canopys

This will be a good social experiment for sure.

The Flee-Bay test, or what your stuff is really worth.

Sold

Winning bidder got it for $326.00 shipped.

So thats what a blinged out 400/450 class BNF helicopter is worth these days.

I would say that the price was about right. It's really hard to move good RC stuff because of the stigma of "used crap". Anything could be wrong with it is the general theory. A price of about 300$ for a bind and fly that probably had about 500 to 800 worth of stuff in original cost is about average. Also, this guy definately cleaned the thing up to assure a good sale. No servo wires hanging everywhere.

The real trick for buying used RC is estate auctions. There are always widows getting rid of their husbands old RC stuff. It's also good to troll craiglist.

For Blade 400's

75$ - 100 $ is about what you pay for a used BNF

200$ - 250$ is about what you pay for essential upgrades added BNF that has servos and maybe a few major upgrades, or a bog standard RTF.

300$ - 500$ is about what you pay for an heavily upgraded BNF in good condition depending on the upgrades.

800$ - 1000$ for a FPV modification, Professionally made camera gimbal, or good autopilot modification

You should also adjust these prices based on the number of unopened parts and extras like bags and such. Like if you find 100$ worth of eflite parts NIB in box you can sell those at pretty much half cost as well. Lipo's unless in box should always be considered to be worthless.

And from eflite you pay 470$..... NIB.....
