I prefer the drop like a stone thanks.
Perhaps a full house naza is the exception where it will either failsafe to rth or hover on the spot until battery flattens.
Why gaurantee a devastating crash? Set the throttle stick low enough so it doesnt stay airborne, but high enough to minimize damage.

The MK has rth capability so I don't have that worry. But in a "catestrophic" failure inside the copter it doesn't matter what your settings are in truth. It's going to do what it's going to do.

I've tried both. In one case, I had the receiver on the bench, powered by a 4 cell Ni-cd and a single servo connected.

And then installed in the plane, powered by the speed controller BEC.

In both cases, the servo(s) twitch/jitter when the Tx controls are at rest. It's always done this since I got my DragonLink. I get good range tests, so I don't think it's a case of bad signal. Might be too much signal though, when the Tx is close to the Rx. But like I said it could also be that the DL Tx is affecting the PPM stream from the RC Tx. Not sure though.

Do you experience this as well?

Does your radio have a diagnostics screen that will display the readout of your stick inputs? My servos twitch a little on DL and 2.4 GHz, turns out my aileron stick value jumps around between values -2,-1,0. Not enough to make a difference in flight, though.

I have a Futaba 10C. It does have a servo display mode. I'm not sure that the bar graphs have enough resolution to see it though. The servos don't move much. Just one or two "steps" probably. It just concerns me that there may be something wrong. But Mike said he checked it out during the firmware upgrade and everything was ok. So I don't know. BTW, I have the old 9 channel DL rx.

My aileron and elevator servos jitter. But, I think that's because of the rate gyros/DragonOSD. They work fine in flight.

I have on Rx in my plane. All seems to be working. Hope to fly it sometime soon.

Thanks again!

Try turning off the gyros and see if it still does it.

Mike, I forgot to inform you that I'm FPV Brasil member.
But no problem!
I'll buy another RX.
I look forward to flying with DragonLink in the Chapada Diamantina region.
Here in FPV Brasil almost all use the DragonLink and all are extremely satisfied.
Thank you for your attention!

I don't see why not. It seems counter-intuitive to calibrate first then bind, but that's the way Mike says to do it and it's worked for me. Though, in all honesty, my first V2 got bound then calibrated and it's working fine to date.

Sure, it does not matter if you do something first, or even bind 1000 time and then calibrate, just as long as you bind again after you calibrate. This assures that the last bind is the best one
